Viriya Consulting staff, from all over the United States, celebrated Random Act of Kindness day by paying it forward in their respective cities.
In Baton Rouge, Louisiana, care packages were provided to a local non profit called It Takes A Village. Each package included a fleece blanket, disposable masks, hand sanitizer, a hat, gloves, socks, chapstick, coats/sweaters, hot cocoa and insulated cups.
In Washington, DC, gift cards, cleaning supplies, and other necessities were taken to a local facility that provides meals for those in need.
In Houston, Texas and Bismarck, North Dakota, Viriya employees went to local coffee shops and paid it forward by paying for several orders through the drive thru.
Our care for the community goes far beyond our contracts. We invest in the communities we serve and where our employees reside. The awareness this day brings to being servant leaders is a lesson we take seriously.
